A Masonic ChIP Clinic is being held at Owenwood Public School in Mississauga on May 15, 2014.
The clinic is for students starting at 9:00 a. m. Approximately 100 students have been provided with permission forms and identification data forms ahead of the clinic to enroll in the program.
About the Masonic ChIP Program
The MasoniCh.I.P. program uses modern, police-approved techniques to create a child identification kit for the ones you love.
The kit collects photos, video, voice recordings, digital fingerprints, dental impressions, saliva swabs as well as traditional statistical information (height, weight, hair and eye colour, etc.).
This information is matched to work seamlessly with Ontario's law enforcement providers. By being so compatible, the critical indentifying information can be broadcast and shared more quickly than ever before to assist with the safe recovery of missing children.
The MasoniCh.I.P. program is brought exclusively to families by dedicated Masons and their volunteers, free of charge along with our sentiment that "We hope you never need to use it."

Joseph A. Hearn Lodge had their Official Visit last night. A F.C. Degree was exemplified.
V.W. Bro. Oldham was recognized for being a mason for 25 years by Toronto West District DDGM R.W. Bro. Warner.
In the photo are Joseph A. Hearn's Worship Master W. Bro. Pinto, V.W. Bro. Oldham and DDGM R.W. Bro. Warner.
The District Theatre Night was wonderful evening with 260 in attendance. It was an amazing performance of the classic "Annie" by local artists who received several standing ovations for their outstanding performance.
A heart felt message by R.W. Bro. George Warner DDGM Toronto West of the District project to support research into M.S. was well received and compared the challenges that were similar between M.S. sufferers and those of the orphans in the musical, and how both issues can have happy endings.
Great attendance at Chinguacousy Lodge last night for the Investiture of officers for 2013-2014.
The dinner included all the favourites in generous quantity. The WM sure knows that where there's food there's happiness! The work of the evening was carried out efficiently by the Installing Board led by R.W. Bro. Armstrong.
Congratulations to the WM on a great evening and all the best for the coming year.
Outstanding attendance last night as Flower City Lodge hosted the DDGM on the occasion of his Official Visit. Great job on the degree by the WM and members of Flower City. The WM conducted a full agenda for the evening which included a Second Degree, Remembrance Service and two Official Visitors challenging for the Travelling Gavel. Even with all this going on the meeting was completed well before 10 PM when the brethren retired for refreshments and socializing. Congratulations to the Candidate, Bro. Reid, who was perfect in his work.
The Travelling Gavel again went to West Gate Lodge who have now sucessfully challenged for it the past two years. I may stand corrected but I believe West Gate had 20 members in attendance including the DDGM and District Secretary. W. Bro. Barnwell brought 10 members from Ionic Lodge. To be fair he did enter the competition a little late which might account for the outcome. I am sure the Gavel will be at Ionic sooner rather than later! The winners were everyone who attended for such a wonderful evening.
